Shipping Policy:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment?s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Course Refund Policy:
If you are registered and are unable to attend a FULL REFUND will be made to you, AFTER subtracting the current costs of the review materials. Withdraw before the 2nd class, 75% of the course cost will be refunded, AFTER subtracting the current costs of the review materials. NO REFUND AFTER the 2nd CLASS.
All participants will receive an evaluation form at the beginning of each class and will be returned by the end of the class.
Your feedback is extremely important for us to improve the quality of our future review courses.
Books and DVDs Refund Policy:
Books must be in same condition as received. Open DVDs are not returnable. PES is not responsible for returns damaged in transit. Return must be within SEVEN working days from the date that they were received.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
