Policies and Information

Registration Policies:

• Courses are open only to enrolled registrants. Always have the confirmation letter/email you received from us on hand if the PESE staff or the instructor asks you for confirmation. With Live Webinar Sessions attendance is tracked and noted.
• Recording of video and audio are prohibited during Live, or Webinar sessions.

Shipping information:

• For store purchases (Live Reviews/Webinars, Books/Study Materials) Stripe is our payment gateway. Stripe accounts are not always synced with purchases with buyers names, contact information and/or addresses. For this reason we only use the information provided at purchase. The information that is entered on the purchase page as far as shipping, email, and any purchase notes will show up on the invoice as well as the back end of our eCommerce system. Please be aware that invoicing, eCommerce confirmations, and shipping will only be sent to the email address provided at check out through our website, not the contact information that can be stored in some Stripe accounts.
• For On-Demand purchases, you are required to fill your address to receive books and complete the purchase on our website. A download link will be sent from our website to your email address for On-Demand access after the purchase. Please see the FAQ "I just bought my On Demand course, how do I submit a shipping address?" for more information.
• We ship with USPS Priority or OnTrac ground depending on the size and distance of the order. We provide tracking information once the label has been created. Please allow 24 hours for the label to become active in the system. If there is an issue or delay we'll be in contact via the email provided at check out.

Live Course: Shipping, Refund, Withdrawal, and Certificate of Completion Policies:

• Withdrawal within 5 days after receiving any study materials by the applicant: Upon receiving the study materials back, the refund will be made. The study materials must be in the same condition as received. PESE is not responsible for returns damaged in transit. A $175 processing fee will be applied.
• Withdrawal after 5 days of receiving any study materials will be allowed after deducting the current price of the study materials posted on PESE website plus $175 processing fee.
• No refund will be made after the first day of classes. Transfer of the applicant will be made to the next round of prep courses.
• Your feedback is extremely important for us to improve the quality of our future review courses, an electronic or paper evaluation form will be made available to participants at the end of the review course.

• All participants who successfully completed any review course will be issued a certificate of completion. All certificates will be distributed/mailed/emailed after the last day of class/office-hours. For those in Seismic and Surveying please contact our office for certificate of completion as 150 days of access is different for most participants.

We recommend saving and/or printing this document should you need it for reimbursement from your employer. Any documents made in the office will reflect the original purchase emails/records.

On-Demand: Shipping, Refund, Withdrawal, and Certificate of Completion Policies:

• Withdrawal must be in the first 24 hours of payment to enroll. Course materials will only be sent after the 24-hour window if the applicant does not withdraw.
• Once the materials are sent, after the 24-hour window for withdrawal, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
• All participants will receive an evaluation form at the beginning of each class and will be returned by the end of the class.
• Your feedback is extremely important for us to improve the quality of our future review courses, an electronic or paper evaluation form will be made available to participants at the end of the review course.
• Shipping - When making the purchase for On-Demand course, be sure to fill out Address during checkout, this is where your study materials will be sent.

Repeat Policy:

• Any participant who doesn’t pass the exam may repeat the SAME course for free with the applicable differential cost (mandatory) and the cost of the study materials (optional). You may repeat the class(es) within ONE YEAR of the initial purchase date. Free repeat courses are not transferable to another person or to another course.

Books, USB and Materials Refund Policy:

• Books must be in the same condition as received.
• USB issued with the material, should be returned in the same condition as shipped.
• PESE Inc. is not responsible for returns damaged in transit.
• Return must be within FIVE working days from the date that they were received.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by PESE Inc.
• Money will be refunded once ALL items have arrived back at PESE Inc. in the stated conditions. If any materials or USB is missing, we will not issue a refund.

Certificate Of Completion:

• A Certificate of Completion will be awarded at the end of the review course. On Demand for Seismic and Surveying, please contact us if one will be needed.
